Searching for lyrics - My son, we're going home

I am searching for the lyrics to the hymn Going Home"
I have a recording of it in my itunes by The Cathedral Quartet from the album A Farewell Celebration.

Help would be appreciated.

Many times in my childhood we travelled so far,
By nightfall how weary I'd grown.
Father's arms would slip 'round me, he'd gently say,
"My son, we're going home."

Chorus:

I've caught a glimpse of that heavenly land.
Praise God! I am going home.

Now the twilight is fading and the day soon shall end.
I get homesick the farther I roam.
But my Father has led me each step of the way

Friends, The song that is done in the background of the poen that you talking about is not "Going Home" which is a very beautiful song, but it is "Lord I'm coming home"
