My aunt Una, 92, is hunting for the rest of this hymn:

I rise from dreams of time,
An angel guards my feet,
To the sacred altar throne
Where Jesus' heart doth beat.

A Google search turns up the first line, but not the rest. Can anyone help?

The hymn is called "Love of the Sacred Heart".
