Plan Our Lives O Gracious Saviour (Bayliss) - TUNE "West Bromwich".

Greetings each.
We are desperately trying to locate the sheet music of "West Bromwich" for the above hymn which was composed by Wilfred Gregory many years before his untimely death in 1958.
Although the words appear in three Salvation Army hymnbooks, sadly the music does not.
Can anyone help please?
