Looking for a Young duo (girl & Boy) from 2000

Ok, this is very, very hard, and I bet even for UK citizen it will be very, very difficult. I would even give it a close to imposible status.

I remember that duo singing a song in 2000 edition (although don't know if it somehows overlappes a little years 1999 or 2001 like in football season, or does it literaly mean january - december of 2000) of Pepsi Chart Show. I know this for a fact, cause the appereance (and song) I've seen/heard, I've seen/heard it only once and it was in polish TV that was at that time broadcasting the show in Poland, and that show was only showed in 2000.

The song was played live, by some duo of young kids (boy and girl). I think they weren't even 14, cause I remember they looked very young.

I don't remember them seeing ever again anywhere so it might be just some "1 month hit" or something.

Another thing I think I remember is that the song was "energetic", so it must have had some high tempo but that's it. I don't remember the tune, words, so that's very, very tricky, and if somebody will be able to help me, it will be a UK citizen by 99,9% probability.

I hope there will be a person on this forum that remembers that particular episode with this apperance of those 2 young kids.
