Looking for help to find a hymn/song title - We'll live in new Jerusalem

The first line stanza is
The book of Revelation tells what will happen after we are called away
There to be with Jesus forever in that land ---- to stay
We will be with friends and loved ones who have gone on before
We will sing together and praise the Savior on that heavenly shore
Chorus
We'll live in new Jerusalem
we'll walk the streets of gold
we'll praise and worship Jesus
and we'll never grow old
there will be no need for sun
there will be no night
(couldn't make out this part)
for the land is alive

I know I probably missed some of the words and I'm sorry about that. We just finished up a music school and we were given a cd with some singing on it and this is the last song. So any help would be appreciated.
