I'm glad. Praise God, for the changing blood.)

This is the chorus to the song. I cannot come up with the title and/or verses. I've tried search engines and youtube. Anyone have any help? Do you know of anyone that might have recorded it?

Some sing a different verse.

There is a fount and it's open now for cleansing,
And I know it removes all sin.
Bleat be that fount and it's waters so free
I'm so glad Christ's blood made a change in me.
