Has anyone heard of a hymn with the words Am I Immortal in it?

I have a friend whose husband is dying of Lewy Body Dementia. She's trying to arrange his funeral. His favorite hymn has the words "Am I immortal" OR "Am I mortal" - she's not sure which. He can't remember any more, and is not even able to sing the tune. He was raised as a Methodist, she thinks, and it might be a hymn from his childhood.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
