'mine is an island'

I have been searching for a hymn which was once sung on 'Songs of Praise', perhaps 4-5 years ago. The tune is Highland Cathedral. The only words I remember are '...yours is a ......., mine is an island.....
Can anyone help please? Many thanks in advance.
