Hi Alistair,
We're still looking!
In subsequent searches this year we haven't turned up any clues
but that doesn't thwart us. Do you have any more information
that might shed some light on where to dig for this hymn?
I have exhausted all of my obvious resources with what few clues we have.
Although someone suggested that it was written by Bill Bell & J Waddell,
I can't find any information to substantiate that.
