Looking for rest of lyrics - My peace I give to you, my peace I leave with you

I am hoping that someone may be able to help me identify a hymn I sang as a child. The part I can remeber is "My peace I give to you, my peace I leave with you, not for you alone, but that you might give it again, to all men". I am hoping to find the name of the hymn so I can then find a recording of it. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
