When I'm lonely he is my friend to talk to. When I bend healing by his srttipes I am made whole. When I am west he gives me strength to walk another mile yes Jesus he is all I need.

don't know if this is the same song you are looking for but if you youtube the kingsmen He's all I need you will hear a beautiful song. It does start out with the line "He's all I need when I just need someone to talk to".
