Looking for this old hymn which used to be sung in school at the start of a new term

Hi Magsfrost,

This has been a very interesting hymn to research. Every hymnal presented a slightly different version.
Here, find posted, are a few of them in hopes that one is the version you sang at school.
If not, there are a few more variations. John Henley is the attributed author.

So strange: just been reading this hymn in an old hymn book after meditating on Matthew 21v16

'From the lips of infants you have called forth your praise.'
