Hymn about being sanctified in family life

This hymn struck me as a prayer that I'd like to sing with my children as we struggle together to love each other in the day-to-day. There are lyrics about how we talk to each other, about avoiding temptation, and other details about living together. The hymn also points to the work of Christ in our lives.

Oh, and it has the same tune as another familiar hymn, but I can't think of which one.
