I need help finding a song from the 1980's or 1990's I'm pretty sure it's called "I'm Out Of Place". I can't remember the artist, but I do remember the chorus.

I'm out of place, I just don't fit in
Though I've tried so hard, in this world full of sin

I can remember a few words of one of the verses.

You see, I believe when my mother conceived
You were the one who formed and created me
