Help...
I'm looking for the lyrics to the song "Cherish That Name" by Lanny Wolfe. I have the music, but no words for the verse & chorus. I'd like to use it this coming week-end for a Hospice Memorial Service.

The complete work is called "Noel, Jesus Is Born". "Cherish That Name" is a chorus and a complete song within that cantata.

Thank you for your reply. I went ahead & ordered the music for the song just a few minutes ago from "Paradigm Music." The song has several verses and begins:

An angel from long ago, to Mary whispered low...
Fear not the words I say, for God has favored you today.
Your shall bring forth a Son and call His name Jesus...

When all has come and gone, that Name shall still live on...

As you can see, my memory of the song is sketchy, but I know the song has a powerful message. If you'd like the words when I receive them I'd be glad to share them with you!
