Please help!!! Im trying to find a song i sang as a child with my grandmother in churh. she passed in March this year and the only lyrics i remember keep running through my head. I would appreciate ANY help...

I try to live right everyday, theres so many things the world throws in my way. when times are are hard friends are had to find, but through it all it all he understands me all the time.....Heaven knows when I stumble heaven knows when I'm I'm strong

I just came across these lyrics and chords last week. I use to sing it in church and I forgot who sang. So thanks for bringing to light who the artist was of this great song.
