Looking for a particular hymn about walking through the park and then to the town......?

Went to church this morning and heard the most lovely hymn, it moved me to tears. I have not heard it before and there was not a title on the lyric page.
I can't remember any exact words from it, bu there was a line that was saying that God is in this place and all around us and there were verses about walking to the park, walking through town. I have been googling for a while with no luck
