Where did the gospel song "Last Move for Me" originate?

Here are the lyrics:

I actually figured it out and got the Buffam lyrics but they were hard to find. It doesn't make much sense that the copyright was by Anderson, who was she?

The song seems like it would have been written years before that copyright date.

Any more info?
