I am Looking for Lyrics - I saw the sunlight

I am trying to find the lyrics to a beautiful moving hymn a member of our Church choir sang at mum's funeral. All I know is it is something about Sunrise and I think it starts off by "I saw the sunlight....?"
and think the chorus went "May I be always close to you......"
Sorry it's a bit vague but I don't know the lyrics, hence I need to find them.

i watched the sunrise shinning above...(cant remember all the words)....may i be always close to u travelling all ur ways lord....my reply is about as vague as ur original lyrics haha

Okay, I don't know the entire last verse but maybe this will help...

Some days drag, and some days fly, then some days i think of the day i'll die.
Some days fill me, and some days drain, and one day Jesus will call my name!

CHORUS {One day Jesus will call my name, as days go by I don't wanna stay the same, I wanna get so close to him that it's no big change on the day that Jesus calls my name}

Its a lovely song. It was played at my grans funeral and at the funeral of my brothers father in law who died tragically. Its one of the best hymns I've ever heard.
